Assessments and Letters of Support for Gender-Affirming Medical Care

I offer consultations/assessments for those needing letters of support for gender-affirming medical care. Generally, only one 50-minute meeting is needed to gather the necessary information needed for a letter according to the WPATH standards of care.

$0-$200 sliding scale for letters of support, out of pocket only
including initial assessment and any revisions
no one turned away for lack of funds

Pre- and Post- Surgery Support

Pre- and post-surgery support may include 1-2 sessions before and/or after surgery to help with logistics planning and preparation, emotional processing, and expectations management specifically related to the planned/performed surgery. This is a separate service than a letter of support assessment and is meant for those who either do not regularly see a therapist or who desire the support from a trans therapist who has extensive personal and professional experience with various gender-affirming surgeries.

Fee

$200/ 50-minute pre- or post-surgery support session
$375 for two (2) 50-minute pre- and/or post-surgery sessions
$700 for four (4) 50-minute pre- and/or post-surgery sessions
